A cabin stay inside Pinetop Lakes Country Club

Searching for a Pinetop Lakes Country Club cabin or a golf vacation rental usually turns up a resort-style promise, or a quieter residential pine neighborhood. Peaceful Pines is the second one: a quiet street inside Pinetop Lakes Country Club in Pinetop-Lakeside — about 7,000 feet, golf at the end of the street. Not lakefront, not a hotel, not an all-inclusive club stay.

What Pinetop Lakes Country Club is

Pinetop Lakes Country Club is a residential neighborhood in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona — winding streets, tall pines, and homes set back from White Mountain Boulevard. People say “the Country Club” the way other mountain towns say “the village”: a place name first, a golf course second.

The golf facility next door is Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club, a membership-owned executive 18-hole course that also welcomes public daily-fee play. The neighborhood association (Pinetop Lakes Association) is a third piece: it manages community recreation amenities separately from both the cabin and the golf club. Guests should treat those as three doors, not one key.

What you get from the address itself is the setting: shade, quiet nights, and a short hop to town dining, Woodland and Rainbow lakes, and the rest of things to do in Pinetop-Lakeside.

Why stay in the neighborhood

In-neighborhood lodging is the point. You wake up on a residential street instead of a highway parcel. Morning coffee happens on a covered porch with pine air, not a parking-lot view. After a day on the water or the course, you roll back through the same quiet grid instead of hunting a motel driveway on 260.

That also means neighborhood manners. Keep voices down after dark, park where we ask, and treat the street like people live here year-round — because they do.

You are not isolated. Town coffee, groceries, and dinner are a short drive. Trail and lake mornings are measured in minutes. A Phoenix-to-Pinetop weekend still lands you in a real neighborhood by Friday night.

Golf, walks, and bikes

Golf is the neighborhood's namesake. The executive course plays through the pines — cooler summer rounds than the Valley. Public tee times are typically booked a few days ahead through the golf shop. We do not sell tee times or bundle green fees into the cabin rate.

Walking is underrated here. The streets are pine-lined and mostly quiet, so a dawn loop from the porch is a real activity, not filler. If you want more than the neighborhood grid, hiking from the cabin lists named trails and typical drives. Woodland Lake Park has easy shoreline paths typically about 10 minutes away.

Bikes suit the same roads. We can arrange bicycle rentals if you ask when you book — availability and pricing are confirmed for your dates, not promised as a closet full of house bikes.

Event weekends in the neighborhood

Two fall weekends land on Buck Springs Road — the same Country Club grid as the cabin — so you can stay at Peaceful Pines and walk. Run to the Pines Car Show is at Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club, 4643 Buck Springs Rd (about a 25-minute walk). The Tour of the White Mountains (Epic Rides) starts at Pinetop Lakes Activity Center & Stables, 5475 Buck Springs Rd (about a 15-minute walk). Come home to a quiet street when the day ends. Dates and official links live in the fall guide; check those sites for registration, spectator notes, and the current calendar.

Who this stay fits

This is a good match if you want a golf-neighborhood base without a resort lobby. Couples use it for quiet weekends. Small families use the two bedrooms and loft chair bed (sleeps five). Remote workers use the 250+ Mbps WiFi and the computer workspace, then close the laptop when the porch warms up.

It is a poor match if you need a lakefront dock, a hot tub, or a pet-friendly house — Peaceful Pines has none of those. It is also the wrong scale for a reunion or a large group. If your search was “Pinetop cabin rental” in the generic sense, start on the cabin home page for photos and the live calendar; this page is specifically about the Country Club neighborhood.

HOA and guest fees — what is and isn't included

Please read this part carefully. Booking Peaceful Pines books the cabin: beds, kitchen, washer and dryer, covered porch, parking, and the house amenities listed on the stay page. It does not automatically unlock club membership, unlimited golf, or free recreation-center use.

Neighborhood recreation amenities — things like a community recreation center, courts, or a seasonal pool, when offered — are administered by the Pinetop Lakes Association. Guest access, when it is available, typically requires a separate guest fee paid to the association, not to us. Policies and prices change. We will not quote a number here that might be stale next month. If you want rec-center access, tell us when you book and we will share the current guest process.

Golf is a second ledger. The club is open to the public for daily-fee play at present, with its own rates for greens, carts, and rentals. Confirm everything with the pro shop before you drive over with clubs. Dining at the clubhouse is likewise a club/public restaurant experience — not a kitchen credit on your cabin reservation.

If a perk is not in our extras or confirmation email, assume it is not included.
