How do I join Pinetop Perks?

Just book direct at https://www.pinetopcabins.online/#book — your first direct stay earns Pine-level perks automatically. There's nothing to sign up for and no points to track; we keep your tier on file with your booking email.

Do stays on Airbnb or VRBO count?

Perks apply to direct bookings made through https://www.pinetopcabins.online. Marketplace bookings (Airbnb, VRBO) don't earn tiers — that's how we can afford to reward direct guests with real value.

How do I redeem a perk?

Mention Pinetop Perks when you book (or reply to your perks email) and we'll apply your discount or free night directly to the booking. No codes, no forms.

Does the 10% discount have blackout dates?

No — the discount applies to the nightly rate any time the cabin is available, including holidays. The free night (Summit) applies to the lowest-rate night of a 3+ night stay.

What happens to my tier if the program changes?

If we ever adjust or end the program, perks you've already earned are honored, with 30 days' notice of any change. Small business, long memory — we take care of returning guests.

How do I verify I have the real host?

Peaceful Pines is hosted by Bruce / Goode Management LLC. Email goodemanagement@protonmail.com or text 9282211934. Direct checkout runs through Dtravel on https://www.pinetopcabins.online/#book — not a bare apex URL (that hub is the portfolio site). We share the street address before arrival, not on marketing pages. If someone DMs a different payment link or lockbox code, that is not us.

What is included in Pinetop Perks?

Every direct stay earns Pine: 10% off your next direct stay and a welcome basket (coffee options, trail map, snacks). Three direct stays reach Summit: one free extra night on a 3+ night stay, plus early check-in and late checkout when the calendar allows. Five stays reach Summit+: a 48-hour priority window on holidays and peak weekends. Marketplace stays do not earn tiers. Direct bookings also save 10% versus Airbnb rates.

Where does checkout happen when I book direct?

On Dtravel. The calendar and checkout live on https://www.pinetopcabins.online/#book (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You can also open the full Dtravel listing. Requests are reviewed before confirming. Always book on www, not the apex portfolio hub.
